To redeem your free bird food rewards - You don't have to pay to place a new order for us to ship your free parrots food (if you live in the 48 Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska customers must place order for the free food to ship with or the free food will not be shipped until the next order is placed)

Order some bird food with your Windy City Parrot Free Bird Food Rewards Points and we'll ship a single bag - or 6 - at no charge to you. You earned it.
Or you can save up your points and go on a food shopping spree and get several items.
Almost every item on our website has points assigned to it. You can see the point value in every listing. (Sale Items, do not accumulate rewards points, plus some other items do not offer points at all due to their price point. See each listing for the points to be earned per item, if no points noted, the item is not included in the Rewards program)
You can donate your free bird food to your favorite bird and parrot rescue - contact us immediately with the new address when placing your rewards order, or even before you place it and we will ship the Free Bird Food to the Bird Rescue of your choice.
We can also donate/transfer your earned points to another account or account holding customer.

*Your Free Bird Food Rewards order will ship by itself without the need to place an accompanying bird supplies order IF you live in the 48 Continental United States. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska we will send your rewards items WITH your unshipped merchandise order or will have to wait to ship with your next paid order. We cannot not ship separately due to to extreme shipping costs. Sorry, we do not offer the rewards program outside the United States.
